We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Mohali and support our sales operations by ensuring seamless coordination between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Day Shift
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Attractive hike on last drawn salary
KeyResponsibilities:
Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery of products
Prepare and maintain sales reports
Handle customer inquiries and provide support
Prepare quotations and sales documentation
Follow up on payments and outstanding dues
Maintain customer databases and sales records
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Logistics, and Accounts teams
Monitor stock availability and warehouse coordination
Support marketing campaigns and events
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Required Skills:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Experience with CRM software is a plus
✔ Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
✔ Team player with a proactive attitude
