Role OverviewWe are looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations while contributing to employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, managers, and leadership.This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, offering a combination of on-site and work-from-home flexibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, employee records, and offboarding.Support the complete employee lifecycle and ensure smooth HR processes.Handle employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially.Assist with recruitment and selection, including coordinating interviews and supporting hiring activities.Coordinate performance management and appraisal activities.Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company standards.Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to support accurate and timely payroll processing.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.Support employee engagement, team-building, and workplace culture initiatives.Assist in resolving employee issues and support conflict-resolution processes.Work closely with managers and leadership to promote consistent and fair HR practices.Contribute to improving HR processes and policies as the organization grows.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of HR management and core HR functions.Experience in HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance.Good knowledge of HR policies and employment practices.Strong employee-relations and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with HRIS or HR management software is preferred.Prior experience in a technology/software development company will be an advantage.HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is people-oriented, proactive, organized, and responsible, with the ability to independently manage HR activities while working closely with management and employees.If you enjoy building effective HR processes, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive and performance-driven workplace, we would love to hear from you.
