Job Title: Counselling Psychologist
Indian Counselling Services (ICS) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Counselling Psychologist to join our team at our Tilak Nagar office. The role involves conducting intake assessments and one-to-one counselling sessions while also supporting our Admissions Counselling Team by addressing psychology-related queries from prospective students and guiding them about our psychology courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and individual counselling sessions.
- Assess clients' concerns and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
- Assist the Admissions Counselling Team with psychology-related queries.
- Explain psychology courses, learning outcomes, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client and student experience.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and students.
- Knowledge of counselling techniques and psychological assessments.
- Freshers with relevant practical training are welcome to apply.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
