Position Title: Aircraft Cabin Painter (Interior Finishes Artist)

Department: Aircraft Maintenance / Interior Services Location: As Applicable Job Purpose The Aircraft Cabin Painter (Interior Finishes Artist) is responsible for delivering high-quality interior paint finishes that enhance and maintain a premium aircraft cabin class, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities Perform interior cabin painting and refinishing of aircraft components including: o Seats, Sidewalls, Galleys, Lavatories, Panels, and Interior Monuments Conduct surface preparation activities such as sanding, cleaning, masking, priming, and degreasing to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. Execute full repainting, partial repainting, and touch-up work with high precision and consistency. Operate spray painting equipment (e.g., HVLP / air spray systems) safely and efficiently. Follow maintenance manuals, work instructions, drawings, and paint specifications accurately. Ensure all work complies with aviation interior paint standards, OEM requirements, and company quality procedures. Inspect completed work to ensure a defect-free, high-class finish (no runs, peeling, uneven gloss, or color mismatch). Comply with safety regulations, chemical handling standards, and FOD prevention practices. Coordinate with quality and inspection teams to meet release-to-service requirements. Required Qualifications s Experience
Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in aircraft interior cabin painting. Proven experience painting Seats, Sidewalls, Galleys, Lavatories, and Panels. Strong skills in surface preparation and finishing techniques. Proficient in spray painting tools and equipment. Familiar with aviation interior paint materials and standards. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and understanding work instructions and manuals).

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
