Timings: 10:30 AM to 8PM
We are looking for an experienced and persuasive professional for our luxury fashion retail store who can manage both visual merchandising and sales operations.
To command the shop floor as the ultimate custodian of the brand's luxury identity, driving high-revenue sales through bespoke styling while flawlessly executing end-to-end store operations.
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Absolute Store Ownership: Take full, absolute responsibility for the store's daily operational and logistical flow, ensuring the physical layout consistently reflects a world-class luxury gallery aesthetic.
- Opening & Closing Protocol Governance: Supervise and strictly enforce morning opening and night-time closing protocols, ensuring the boutique is immaculately prepped before client arrival and securely locked down post-operations.
- Immaculate Presentation Hygiene: Enforce uncompromising standards for garment presentation, ensuring every single apparel piece on the display floor is continuously steamed, perfectly ironed, and flawlessly aligned on the racks.
- Revenue Target Achievement: Strategize, execute, and drive daily sales initiatives to consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly revenue targets set by the brand's leadership.
- Senior Style Consultation: Command the boutique floor as the leading personal stylist, providing expert sartorial advice, high-end outfit curation, and a deeply personalized luxury shopping experience.
- Bespoke & Couture Services: Act as the primary technical on-floor consultant for custom orders—taking precise body measurements, facilitating creative sketch customizations, and managing the elite bespoke pipeline.
- HNI Relationship Management: Cultivate, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and VIP clients, leveraging a private client book to drive retention and private viewings.
- Team & Entourage Leadership: Mentor, manage, and inspire all retail staff (associates and helpers), cultivating a highly unified team dynamic and establishing a flawless standard of hospitality.
- Performance & Grooming Audits: Continuously monitor team performance and enforce strict brand grooming guidelines, ensuring every staff member perfectly embodies the premium elegance of the Maison.
- Brand Growth & Agility: Deeply internalize the distinct haute couture and premium identity of the brand, quickly adapting floor operational strategies to maximize local brand equity and client acquisition.
- Rigid Inventory Control: Oversee all inward and outward stock movements, enforcing strict standards for stock alignment, backend stockroom organization, and high-frequency inventory counts to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Seamless Checkout Systems: Master and govern the store’s retail POS billing infrastructure to guarantee the execution of smooth, rapid, and flawless client transactions.
- Executive Data Reporting: Supervise daily performance metrics and construct comprehensive End-of-Day (EOD) reports—encompassing precise sales revenue, footfall analytics, and operational updates—delivered directly to the brand's leadership.
- Agile Problem Solving: Act as the ultimate floor authority to independently and gracefully resolve complex customer grievances, billing issues, or unexpected operational bottlenecks with executive poise.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in fashion retail and sales
- Good sense of styling, merchandising, and luxury presentation
- Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused personality
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of luxury retail management experience, preferably within Haute Couture, designer wear, or premium international fashion houses.
- Styling Expertise: Deep knowledge of textiles, garment construction, silhouettes, and a sharp eye for contemporary and classic luxury fashion styling.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the poise and vocabulary required to interact with elite HNI clientele.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team, handling high-value inventory, and translating sales targets into actionable daily results.
