Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Demonstrate gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery collections.
- Guide customers regarding product features, pricing, quality, and offers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle billing coordination and support customers throughout the purchase process.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock management.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Stay updated on new collections, designs, and market trends.
