Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise industrial construction projects at the Saykha GIDC site. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, BOQ preparation, material management, and bill verification while ensuring quality and timely completion of civil works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work as per drawings
- Execution of RCC foundations, structural works, industrial flooring, and drainage lines
- Prepare BOQ and estimate quantities (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks)
- Maintain material consumption records and site reports
- Verify contractor bills for civil, electrical, and plumbing work
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for project progress
Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required:
5–7 years in construction industry with 2–3 years in industrial projects (mandatory)
Location Preference:
Candidates from nearby areas of Saykha preferred.
