Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil site activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Handle manpower deployment and monitor workforce productivity at site
- Track material consumption and maintain proper material usage records
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for timely work completion
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Manage site handover activities and coordinate final project completion
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain proper communication with the management team
- Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and resources at site
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in civil construction/site supervision
- Good knowledge of site execution, manpower handling, and material management
- Ability to maintain reports and coordinate with multiple teams
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting preferred
- Willingness to travel/site-based working
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
