Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven International RCM Sales Representative with experience in international B2B telesales, healthcare sales, or other B2B sales domains. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to international healthcare clients, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with a strong sales background from other industries who are eager to learn the healthcare domain are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Healthcare RCM services in international markets.
- Conduct outbound B2B telesales activities to connect with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical organizations.
- Explain and promote the company's RCM services, including medical billing, coding, claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal operations and delivery teams for client onboarding and service support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and effectively close business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international B2B telesales or business development.
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in international B2B sales, healthcare RCM sales, medical billing sales, or other B2B sales domains.
- Prior experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM sales will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a proven sales track record in other industries are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
