- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Assign cleaning duties and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and workspaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Check that housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest or client requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with ordering cleaning supplies and linens.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and shift coverage.
- Coordinate with the front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare housekeeping reports.
- Promote efficient use of resources to control costs and minimize waste.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms and company property.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
