Job Title: Barista
Location: BKC/ Palladium/ Churchgate

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Shift Supervisor
Job Summary
A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, and cold beverages.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages served.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area.
- Handle POS billing and cash/card transactions when required.
- Ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.
- Recommend menu items and promote special beverages.
- Work as a team with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum High School / HSC / Diploma
- 1–2 years experience as a Barista or in a café is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
