Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular CRM updates and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- !+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good client-handling and relationship-building skills.
