Position: Sales Executive
Location: Jorhat, Assam
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their mobility needs.
- Demonstrate Ather electric scooters, features, and connected technology.
- Conduct and coordinate test rides for prospective customers.
- Explain product specifications, pricing, financing options, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Convert showroom walk-ins and digital leads into successful sales.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Participate in outdoor sales activities, promotional events, roadshows, and local marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation for bookings, financing, and vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, competitor offerings, and developments in the EV industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience in Automobile sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field visits.
