About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Multimodality Engineer to provide installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for medical imaging and biomedical equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of multimodality medical equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
- Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of equipment issues with minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with service contractors for maintenance activities and collection of service-related documentation.
- Train customers on equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and proper equipment handling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and technical support.
- Ensure closure of all assigned service calls within the defined timelines.
- Prepare and submit service reports, preventive maintenance reports, and other required documentation to the branch office.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator to arrange spare parts required for equipment repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, or
- B.Tech with 2+ years of experience in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in servicing and maintaining biomedical or medical imaging equipment.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Knowledge of biomedical, medical imaging, electronic, and electromechanical equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site service support.

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹41,666.00 per month
Work Location: In person
