### Job Overview
Innovation Comes Jointly is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled **MIS Executive** to manage, organize, and analyze organizational data and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**, good analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
**Freshers can also apply. A laptop is required for this position.**
### Key Responsibilities
* Collect, organize, and analyze data from different departments.
* Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper records.
* Use advanced Excel functions such as **VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas**, and other data analysis tools.
* Coordinate with different teams to collect and update relevant information.
* Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Support management with accurate reports and data-driven insights.
### Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**.
* Proficiency in **Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas**.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
### Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Previous experience in MIS, data management, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
