Role Description The Assistant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for supporting overall hotel operations and ensuring a high standard of guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include supervising front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other operational teams, monitoring service quality, and resolving guest issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves assisting in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management, as well as overseeing compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies. The Assistant General Manager collaborates with the General Manager on staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training initiatives, and contributes to local marketing activities and partnerships to enhance occupancy and brand presence.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with the ability to guide diverse staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service, conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Sound understanding of front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage processes, including operational standards and best practices.
- Ability to analyze operational performance, manage budgets, and support revenue optimization initiatives.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfort with basic hotel management systems, office productivity tools, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
