Job Title: Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Working Days : 6 Days a Week
Employment Type : Full-Time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate (B.Tech) courses in Computer Science & Engineering as per the curriculum
- Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials, practicals, and laboratory sessions
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, lecture notes, presentations, and question banks
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluate answer scripts
- Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement
2. Research & Professional Development
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences
- Participate in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Contribute to research projects, consultancy, and funded research activities
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and academic advancements
3. Student Mentoring & Academic Support
- Mentor and guide students for academic performance and career development
- Supervise mini projects, final-year projects, and internships
- Provide academic counseling and remedial classes when required
4. Administrative & Departmental Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning activities
- Assist in curriculum design, syllabus revision, and outcome-based education implementation
- Support accreditation and quality assurance processes (NBA, NAAC, IQAC, NIRF)
- Contribute to examination duties, admissions, and academic committees
5. Institutional Responsibilities
- Adhere to institutional policies, academic regulations, and code of conduct
- Participate in college activities, technical events, workshops, and outreach programs
- Promote industry interaction, innovation, and entrepreneurship initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant discipline (as per AICTE/UGC norms).
- Teaching or research experience preferred (3 years experience required).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong subject knowledge in core computer science areas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate students

- Proficiency in ICT tools, LMS platforms, and online teaching methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech or Ph.D. pursuing in CSE or allied areas
- Research publications and patents
- Industry experience and practical exposure
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
