About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Head to lead the growth and expansion of our Loan Against Securities (LAS) and Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) business across key markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secured lending, wealth management, banking, stock broking, or financial services, along with proven expertise in building and scaling distribution networks.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive regional business growth, establish strong partner relationships, and build high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive LAS & LAMF business growth across the assigned region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Build a strong pipeline of clients, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
Distribution & Branch Expansion
- Set up and scale branch operations from scratch.
- Establish and manage distribution networks, including franchise partners and channel partners.
- Drive onboarding and productivity of wealth managers, brokers, financial advisors, and intermediaries.
- Ensure strong market presence and sustainable business expansion.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, wealth management firms, stock brokers, family offices, and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
- Strengthen partnerships to enhance regional market share and customer acquisition.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage regional sales teams.
- Drive performance through effective goal setting, coaching, and monitoring.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
Strategy & Compliance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Loan Against Securities (LAS).
- Overall experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Stock Broking, NBFCs, or Financial Services preferred.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and regional expansion.
- Experience in branch setup and business development from the ground up.

Pay: ₹708,485.59 - ₹1,207,851.79 per year
