Job Responsibilities
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Analyze RFQs, BOQs, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for pricing and technical inputs.
- Prepare accurate costing and submit proposals within deadlines.
- Maintain costing/proposal databases and support sales/project teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in Proposal Engineering, Estimation, Costing, Tendering, or Technical Sales Support.
- Mechanical/Industrial Engineering background preferred.
- Strong Excel, costing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with EPC/industrial/turnkey projects preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple proposals.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤15 days notice preferred.
