Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive who can manages internal administrative operations, ensures smooth data flow between departments, and supports business executives. They are primarily responsible for maintaining databases, processing paperwork, coordinating inter-departmental communications, and managing supplies and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately update and maintain physical and digital filing systems, databases, and employee or client records.
- Draft reports, prepare presentations, process invoices, and manage correspondence.
- Handle email communication and WhatsApp follow-ups
- Maintain Excel reports and MIS records
- Act as a bridge between sales, accounts, operations, and human resources to ensure tasks are executed smoothly.
- Prepare travel itineraries and documentation
- Handle client inquiries, process sales orders, draft quotations, and monitor dispatch or billing statuses.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and relevant local labor or business laws
- Manage customer data and booking records
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and clients
Rquirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is typically preferred, though high school diplomas with relevant experience are common.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Typically requires 0.5 to 3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or back-office executive role.
