Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented Business Development Customer Acquisition Market Building Manager to lead market expansion across Karnataka.
The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit, train, guide, and manage a team of promoters who will connect with customers and help build the company's customer network. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who enjoys team building, coaching, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities-
Recruit and build a team of promoters in assigned territories.
Train, mentor, and motivate promoters to achieve business goals.
Monitor promoter performance and provide regular guidance.
Support promoters in acquiring and retaining customers.
Conduct field visits, meetings, and promotional activities.
Plan and execute local market development strategies.
Build brand awareness and strengthen the company's customer network.
Achieve monthly team-building and customer acquisition targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Maintain professionalism, discipline, and ethical business practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
