We’re building our F&B Production Team at Mayaahi Resorts and Spa, a premium riverside resort in Kakkadampoyil. If you’re passionate about cooking, presentation, and creating memorable dining experiences, this is your place.
Open Positions:
- Commis I – Chef de Partie / Team Lead: Lead the kitchen, plan menus, oversee preparation, and ensure quality & hygiene.
- Commis II – Assistant Cook / Demi Chef: Support the Head Cook, handle daily prep, cooking assistance, and section duties.
- Commis III – Kitchen Assistant / Helper: Assist with raw prep, ingredient handling, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Who You Are:
- Prior hotel / resort kitchen experience preferred.
- Passionate about cooking and eager to learn.
- Team-oriented, punctual, and disciplined.
- Basic communication skills (Malayalam / English).
