Job Description:
Rajveer Chahal Education Consultant is looking for an experienced and confident Visa Counselor for our Ludhiana branch. The candidate should have good knowledge of different visa categories and must be able to guide clients professionally for study visa, visitor visa, spouse visa, and other immigration services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good counselling ability, and proper knowledge of Canada, UK, Germany, and other major study abroad destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and clients regarding visa options for Canada, UK, Germany, and other countries.
Guide clients for Canada study visa, Canada visitor visa, spouse visa, UK study visa, and Germany study visa.
Understand the client’s profile and suggest suitable visa options.
Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, visa process, and timelines to clients.
Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, and online enquiries.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients.
Coordinate with the filing team for documentation and application processing.
Maintain client records, follow-up sheets, and daily reports.
Stay updated with latest visa rules, embassy updates, and immigration changes.
Build trust with clients through clear guidance and professional communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Counselor preferred.
Good knowledge of Canada study visa, Canada visitor visa, spouse visa, UK study visa, and Germany study visa.
Strong communication and counselling skills.
Ability to handle client queries confidently.
Good knowledge of documentation and visa process.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and target-oriented mindset.
Preference will be given to candidates from the immigration or overseas education industry.
