Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Dentist to
join our Toothsi Retail Centres. This role is ideal for
professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth,
and evolving environment. The candidate should be
confident, adaptable, and capable of handling
consultations, procedures, escalations, and store-level
responsibilities while contributing to business
objectives.
Key responsibilities:-
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced,
always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
The capacity to grasp quickly and self-learn.
- Should be energetic, Confident and Smart to
handle the cases and escalations
- Perform scan and do teeth alignment
consultations
- Offer complete solutions related oral hygiene
products and teeth whitening and other products
- Perform minor dental procedures like scaling and
- fillings, OPG etc.
- Store responsibilities -day to day store operations
- Sales – ensure business objectives at the store level
are achieved
- Also this role involves travelling like, you will be
visiting one center to another as per
- requirement, Example – XY center Dentist is on
weekoff or on leave so you will be going
- there as a Dentist and handling the role, similarly
with all the centers which are there in the
- city.
- Working in toothsi Retail Centre to be assist
orthodontists in aligner procedures.
- *learn to do delivery/procedures.
- *later take up individual appointment in case of
emergency
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
