The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, an understanding of wedding décor and aesthetics, and the ability to build trust with premium clients. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead & Enquiry Management
Handle incoming wedding enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
Respond to enquiries professionally and within the expected response time.
Understand and record complete client requirements.

Coordinate with the design and décor team to develop suitable concepts and proposals.
Prepare and present quotations based on client requirements.
Clearly explain quotation details, inclusions, exclusions, scope of work, and pricing.
Handle client queries, concerns, objections, and budget discussions professionally.
Negotiate effectively while protecting the company's pricing, margins, and brand positioning.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients until the enquiry is converted, postponed, or closed.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
4. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
Maintain systematic follow-ups for all active enquiries.
Track client discussions, meetings, quotations, feedback, and next follow-up dates.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or other tracking systems.
Monitor upcoming wedding opportunities across current and future seasons.
Reconnect with postponed or inactive enquiries at appropriate intervals.
Ensure no qualified enquiry is missed due to delayed or incomplete follow-up.
5. Meetings & Venue Coordination
Schedule and conduct client calls and meetings.
Attend client meetings and venue discussions when required.
Coordinate with clients, planners, designers, and venue representatives.
Understand venue limitations, requirements, and possibilities relevant to décor and event execution.
Present design ideas and proposals confidently during client discussions.
6. Internal Coordination
Communicate client requirements clearly to the design and décor team.
Coordinate with planning, design, production, and execution teams for proposal preparation.
Ensure all client commitments and requirements are properly communicated before project handover.
Provide complete and accurate information during the transition from sales to project execution.
Coordinate internally to avoid misunderstandings regarding pricing, scope, design, timelines, and deliverables.
7. Relationship Building & Business Development
Build long-term relationships with clients and wedding-related networks.
Generate new business through referrals, existing client networks, vendors, venues, and professional contacts.
Encourage satisfied clients to provide referrals and recommendations.
Develop relationships with wedding planners, venues, photographers, caterers, bridal vendors, and other relevant partners.
Identify new opportunities within the wedding and events market.
8. Market & Design Awareness
