Responsibilities :
Compliance and workforce operations
- Own all statutory obligations across PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law end to end, every month
- Drive site HR performance on worker onboarding, attendance, payroll accuracy, and ERP data quality
- Ensure wage payment within statutory timelines across all direct employees
Labour workforce strategy
- Develop and own HEERU's approach to labour sourcing, retention, skill deployment, and productivity
- Build the systems skill classification, certification tracking, voice of labour that make the strategy operational
- Connect workforce investments to measurable productivity and cost outcomes
Talent, L&D, and leadership development
- Own staff recruitment in genuine partnership with BU heads
- Review future manpower and leadership needs against the business plan, and build a forward-looking pipeline of high-potential and specialist talent well ahead of when roles open
- Bring succession plans and hiring priorities to the Management Team for review, and ensure key talent is ready to onboard as projects and growth plans materialise, without holding up execution
- Put in place structured coaching support for leaders recently elevated into larger roles
- Build L&D infrastructure suited to HEERU's workforce, from skilled trades to management
HR team and business partnership
- Act as a credible partner to the CEO and MD on all people and organisation matters
- Build HR team capability including AI fluency so the function punches above its weight
- Bring fresh thinking to people challenges that do not have obvious answers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
