Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative (Pre-Sales), you will support clients across key sectors like real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and education by nurturing warm leads over phone calls. Your role involves uncovering customer needs, evaluating fit and readiness, and ensuring that only high-intent, well-qualified leads are handed over for further sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and timelines to qualify prospects.
- Deliver tailored sales pitches and handle objections confidently.
- Collaborate with clients’ sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Update all lead interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain productivity targets while ensuring quality conversations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, telecalling, Presales, customer support, inside sales, or BPO.
- Comfortable handling 100–120 calls per day.
- Willing to work 6 days a week (including weekends with one weekday off).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus.
- Immediate availability will be given priority.
