Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting global firewall infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, proxy services, and multi-factor authentication solutions while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Palo Alto Firewalls, including policy implementation, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and change requests.
- Administer DNS and DHCP services to ensure seamless network operations.
- Manage enterprise proxy solutions, including Zscaler and Netskope.
- Configure and support Cisco Duo MFA for secure Remote Desktop (RDP) authentication.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco Firepower firewall management appliances.
- Manage Cradlepoint Cellular Routers integrated with Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN for WAN backup connectivity.
- Handle network security incidents, service requests, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Perform firewall rule reviews, security policy optimization, and access management.
- Collaborate with global infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable network services.
- Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation reports.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (PCNSE Certification preferred).
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, and enterprise proxy solutions (Zscaler & Netskope).
- Experience with Cisco Duo MFA administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Cisco Firepower firewall management.
- Experience with Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN and Cradlepoint routers is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security concepts.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident/change management processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) certification.
- Exposure to enterprise network infrastructure and security operations.
- Knowledge of cloud networking and security solutions is a plus.
