Vacancy: Trainer – Child Skill Development Program (Elementary Education)

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer – Elementary Education to deliver engaging, child-centric learning sessions under our Child Skill Development Program. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of elementary education, child psychology, and modern teaching methodologies, along with the ability to effectively engage and manage young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom training for children using activity-based and experiential learning methods.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with elementary education principles.
- Apply child pedagogy and age-appropriate teaching techniques.
- Create an engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess students' learning outcomes and maintain progress reports.
- Manage classroom discipline and student participation effectively.
- Coordinate with project teams, schools, parents, and community stakeholders when required.
- Prepare training materials, worksheets, and learning resources.
- Maintain attendance, training documentation, and project reports.
- Participate in program planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory Qualification: D.El.Ed. or B.Ed.
- CTET Qualified (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Child Development & Pedagogy.
- Good understanding of foundational and elementary education practices.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching/training experience with primary or elementary school students.
- Experience in student handling and classroom management is essential.
- Prior experience working with an NGO is mandatory.
- Experience in Skill Development Programs will be preferred.
