Bachelor's/Master's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in urban planning, master planning, or urban design projects.

Assist in the preparation of master plans, development plans, zoning studies, and urban design proposals.

Support data collection, site analysis, land-use planning, and GIS-based mapping activities.

Prepare planning reports, presentations, drawings, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, urban designers, landscape architects, and engineers.

Contribute to the planning and design of townships, waterfront developments, public realm, and infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of planning regulations, development control regulations (DCR), and statutory approval processes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience working on public sector or urban development projects will be an added advantage.
