Position Overview
We are looking for a mature, empathetic, and highly presentable professional to join us as a Senior Parent Counsellor. will be the trusted first point of contact for prospective families, guiding parents through the admission journey and building lasting relationships based on trust and transparency.
This role is ideal for an experienced education professional—such as a former Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Senior Teacher, School Counsellor, or Preschool Head—who understands both child development and parents' concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective parents and conduct personalized counselling sessions.
- Understand each family's expectations and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain the school's curriculum, teaching methodology, safety standards, and learning philosophy.
- Conduct campus tours and showcase the school's facilities.
- Build trust with parents through clear, honest, and empathetic communication.
- Handle admission enquiries and convert walk-ins into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Address concerns related to academics, child readiness, safety, transportation, and school policies.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and operations teams.
- Maintain enquiry records, follow-up schedules, and admission reports.
- Represent Pears N Pods at parent engagement activities and promotional events.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- 8–15+ years of experience in schools, preschools, or educational institutions.
- Experience as a Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Senior Teacher, Preschool Head, School Counsellor, or Admissions Counsellor will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance with a warm, approachable personality.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and admission management software.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
