Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on real estate experience to manage site operations, quality control, and project execution. In this role, you will lead day-to-day on-site activities, ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards, and optimize resource allocation - including labor, materials, and equipment - to keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site work, project progress, and daily execution per drawings.
- Conduct stage-wise quality checks and administer field tests.
- Forecast labor, material, and equipment needs; reconcile quantities.
- Track project metrics and enforce site safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize costs and site efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years
- Strong field management and project tracking skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
