We are a fast-growing, 100% export-oriented furniture manufacturing company catering to international markets with premium wooden furniture. We are looking for a technically strong Furniture Production Supervisor who can take complete ownership of the production floor and lead our manufacturing team with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise machine operators, carpenters, and production teams.
- Plan, schedule, and execute daily production to meet delivery timelines.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials), cutting lists, and production planning sheets.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and convert them into efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor quality at every stage of production and ensure export-quality standards.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, procurement, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wooden furniture manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of wooden furniture construction techniques.
- Hands-on experience in production planning and shop-floor management.
- Ability to prepare BOMs, cutting sheets, and material planning documents.
- Must be able to read and understand furniture technical drawings with accuracy.
- Thorough knowledge of woodworking machinery, including panel saws, spindle moulders, thickness planers, jointers, CNC routers, edge banders, wide belt sanders, multi-borers, drill presses, and other machines used in furniture manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Experience in export-oriented furniture manufacturing will be preferred.
