IUP Venture LLP is looking for a responsible and organized logistics supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, dispatch coordination, vendor management, and warehouse supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Plan and monitor dispatches and deliveries.
- Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods.
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and operational compliance.
- Prepare logistics and inventory reports.
- Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
