- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
- Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain consistency
- Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels of food and beverages
- Control wastage and manage inventory efficiently
- Ensure cost control to improve profitability
- Financial Management
- Track daily sales and expenses
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Work to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals
- Sales & Marketing Support
- Implement promotional activities and offers
- Support marketing campaigns to increase sales
- Encourage repeat business and customer engagement
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
