The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities for residential/commercial real estate projects. The role ensures quality construction, adherence to timelines, cost control, and compliance with safety and statutory standards. Key Responsibilities ● Project Execution & Supervision ● Supervise on-site construction activities as per drawings and specifications ● Monitor daily site progress and ensure milestone completion ● Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants ● Quality Control ● Ensure materials and workmanship meet company standards ● Conduct site inspections and quality checks ● Implement corrective actions where required ● Planning & Coordination ● Review architectural and structural drawings before execution ● Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams ● Assist in project planning and scheduling ● Cost & Material Management ● Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage ● Verify contractor bills and work measurements ● Support budgeting and cost tracking ● Compliance & Safety ● Ensure adherence to local building regulations and approvals ● Maintain site safety standards and protocols ● Ensure proper documentation and reporting ● Reporting & Documentation ● Maintain daily progress reports and site records ● Update management on project status and issues ● Prepare site reports, BOQs, and work schedules Required Qualifications ● B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering ● 2–8 years experience in real estate or construction projects
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
