About the Role:
Join our dynamic team making inbound/outbound calls to US customers to schedule dental checkup/treatment appointments for our Texas clinics. You'll use persuasive communication to convert leads into bookings, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting daily targets. Requires excellent English proficiency and international calling experience across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential patients, promoting dental checkups/treatments and booking appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups with empathy and professionalism.
- Accurately enter appointment details into CRM systems while adhering to compliance standards (e.g., Open Dental, Denticon).
- Meet or exceed daily call, booking, and quality targets.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize scripts and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred for US interactions).
- Familiarity with dental/medical terminology is a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts (8 PM - 4:30 AM IST) to align with US Texas business hours.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Open Dental, Denticon, RingCentral).
