We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of space planning, interior concepts, and technical drawings, with the ability to transform 2D concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts, floor plans, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and realistic renderings using industry-standard software.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and furniture layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed as planned.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Experience in 2D to 3D conversion and visualization.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar 3D software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, layouts, materials, and interior detailing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience in hospitality or luxury interior projects will be an added advantage.
