JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sr. HR Manager to lead and manage our entire Human Resources function, including recruitment, compliance, payroll and site HR administration.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment & Manpower Management
- Strategic manpower planning for Head Office and Project Sites.
- End-to-end recruitment for Technical, Non-Technical and Labour category
- Handling bulk hiring and contractor manpower management.
- Maintaining recruitment MIS and manpower database.
2. HR Operations & Payroll Management
- Managing complete employee life cycle - Joining to Exit.
- Handling Attendance, Leave Management and Monthly Payroll inputs.
- Issuing Offer/Appointment/Confirmation/Increment Letters.
- Full & Final settlement and Exit formalities.
3. Statutory Compliance & Legal
- Expertise in PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity & Minimum Wages.
- Strong knowledge of Contract Labour Act, Factory Act & Labour Laws.
- Handling Labour License, Wage Registers, Muster Rolls and Contractor Audits.
- Managing Temporary Work Permit documentation for Bhutan projects.
4. Policy & Performance Management
- Developing & Implementing HR Policies, SOPs and HR Manual.
- Driving Performance Appraisal System (KRA/KPI) & Annual Increment Process.
- Planning Training & Development and Employee Engagement activities.
- Handling Grievance Redressal and Disciplinary Procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: MBA /Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Experience: 10-15 Years of proven experience as HR Manager / Sr. HR Manager
- Excellent knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances.
- Strong Leadership, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS Software and Documentation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
