- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training programs.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, training, permits, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills and first-aid arrangements.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to site safety requirements.
- Support internal and external safety audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Prepare periodic HSE reports and present safety performance metrics to management.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
