Position: Account Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records
- File GST returns, TDS returns, and reconcile related data
- Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accounting entries in ERP and Zoho Books
- Monitor workflow approvals for invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Prepare MIS reports and support audit activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for compliance matters
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and compliance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Zoho Books
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
