Growfitter is looking for a sharp, data-driven Rewards & Growth Marketing Analyst to own how users engage with — and get rewarded for — their fitness journey. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing and product, designing reward mechanics that boost engagement, decoding user behavior through data, and turning insights into campaigns that move the needle on growth. What You'll Do
- Design and execute marketing strategies that drive meaningful user engagement
- Mine customer data to uncover insights and sharpen our rewards programs
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to align rewards initiatives with company goals
- Track, measure, and report on rewards program performance — translating numbers into action
- Stay ahead of market trends and identify new growth opportunities within rewards campaigns
What We're Looking For
- MBA or Engineering degree preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience (or strong familiarity) with CRM systems and rewards/loyalty programs is a plus
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort with Excel or other data analysis tools
