Role Overview
We are looking for a Resident Dentist to join our Sarjapur Road and Harlur Road clinics. The Resident will be the first point of clinical contact for patients — handling consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and routine procedures, while coordinating with visiting specialists for advanced cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, oral examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform routine procedures: scaling and polishing, restorations, extractions, RCT (as per qualification), crown preparations, and follow-up care
- Assist visiting specialists (orthodontists, endodontists, oral surgeons, prosthodontists) during procedures
- Counsel patients on treatment options, costs, and oral hygiene; drive consult-to-treatment conversion
- Maintain accurate patient records, billing entries, and treatment documentation in clinic systems
- Ensure sterilization protocols, infection control, and clinic hygiene standards are followed
- Manage patient follow-ups, recalls, and ongoing treatment continuity
- Support clinic operations: appointment scheduling coordination, inventory awareness, and reporting to clinic management
Qualifications & Requirements
- BDS or MDS from a DCI-recognized institution
- Valid Karnataka State Dental Council registration (or willingness to transfer)
- Freshers with strong clinical internship exposure may apply; 1–2 years' clinical experience preferred for BDS candidates
- Sound knowledge of routine dental procedures and sterilization protocols
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi/Telugu/Tamil an advantage
- Patient-friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to work in a target-driven clinical environment
- Willingness to work 6 days/week including weekends (weekly off on a weekday)
