Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and registered BAMS Doctor / Ayurvedic Specialist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will conduct patient consultations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions using Ayurvedic frameworks, and prescribe holistic therapies, dietary modifications, and herbal medicines. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to promoting long-term well-being and helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, natural treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct OPD and IPD consultations to assess patient health concerns and medical histories.
- Perform Prakriti assessments (body constitution) and pulse diagnoses (Nadi Pariksha) to detect systemic imbalances.
- Order and review diagnostic tests or screenings when modern medical integration is required.
Treatment Planning & Execution
- Design customized treatment plans utilizing Ayurvedic pharmacology (Dravyaguna) and pharmaceutics (Rasa Shastra).
- Prescribe herbal formulations, natural remedies, and lifestyle alterations.
- Supervise Panchakarma therapies and other detoxification techniques to ensure safe execution by therapists.
- Incorporate wellness methodologies like yoga, mindfulness, and precise dietary regimens into recovery paths.
Clinical Administration & Support
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient medical records, treatment plans, and progress logs.
- Educate and guide patients clearly regarding the benefits, timelines, and instructions for their treatments.
- Oversee clinical staff, including junior practitioners, therapists, and pharmacists, to ensure strict quality control.
- Monitor inventory levels of Ayurvedic medicines and equipment to facilitate timely restocking.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A valid Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from an institution recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) or Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM).
- Licensure: Active, mandatory registration with the Central Council or relevant State Ayurvedic Board.
- Experience: 0–5 years of clinical practice experience (open to both freshers and experienced specialists depending on the seniority of the role). An MD or MS in Ayurveda is highly preferred for senior specialist positions.
Core Skills:
- Deep expertise in Ayurvedic diagnostic methodologies and Panchakarma therapies.
- Strong active listening and compassionate patient-handling abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and multi-lingual communication skills to simplify complex medical logic.
- Sound fundamental knowledge of modern clinical research and emergency medical protocols
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
