Junior Digital Marketing Associate
We're looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Associate to take ownership of running and optimizing our digital ad campaigns. You should be someone who spots issues and opportunities on your own, without waiting to be told.
What you'll do:
- Set up, run, and actively monitor campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & more
- Track performance (spend, CTR, CPC, conversions) and act on it proactively
- Write ad copy, do keyword research, and apply basic SEO
- Coordinate with the content/social team for consistent messaging
- Share performance insights and recommendations with the team
What we're looking for:
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to campaigns
- Working knowledge of PPC, SEO, and social media advertising
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers
- Good written and verbal communication
- Bonus: Google Ads/Analytics certification or prior campaign experience
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
