Job Opening: Bakery / Pastry Chef

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation standards
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage ingredients, inventory, and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with team members for daily production planning
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery/pastry section
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work early shifts/weekends if required
- Basic understanding of food safety standards
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cake decoration & fondant work
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to handle bulk orders
