FlyTalks Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to join our team at our coaching center in Jammu. We are seeking a passionate professional with an excellent command of spoken and written English who can help students improve their communication skills for academic, professional, and study abroad purposes.
The ideal candidate should be student-focused, confident in delivering interactive sessions, and capable of helping learners develop fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall confidence in English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and one-on-one training sessions for students seeking to improve spoken English.
- Design and deliver structured lessons focusing on speaking, listening, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Encourage interactive activities such as group discussions, role plays, and presentations to enhance communication skills.
- Assess students’ language abilities and provide personalized feedback and improvement strategies.
- Monitor student progress and ensure continuous improvement in fluency and confidence.
- Guide students on correct pronunciation, sentence structure, and everyday conversational English.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or English Language Trainer.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach grammar, pronunciation, and practical communication effectively.
- Energetic, patient, and student-friendly teaching style.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in English, Linguistics, or related field.
- Experience working in a language training institute or overseas education consultancy.
- Familiarity with communication training for study abroad aspirants.
