Job Title: Influencer Marketing Strategist

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Strategist who can identify, evaluate, and recommend the right mix of content creators based on client objectives, audience, budget, and campaign goals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using influencer discovery and campaign management platforms and should be able to translate data into effective creator strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop influencer strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Use influencer marketing platforms to identify and shortlist creators based on:
* Audience demographics
* Geography
* Language
* Category/niche
* Engagement quality
* Brand fit
* Authenticity and audience credibility
* Recommend the optimal mix of macro, micro, nano, and celebrity creators.
* Analyze creator performance metrics and predict campaign outcomes.
* Evaluate fake followers, engagement quality, and creator authenticity.
* Coordinate with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
* Negotiate commercials and deliverables.
* Create campaign briefs and timelines.
* Monitor campaign execution and reporting.
* Prepare post-campaign analysis with actionable insights.
Required Skills
* 3–6 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media strategy.
* Hands-on experience with one or more influencer platforms (e.g., Qoruz, Winkl, HypeAuditor, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Traackr, or similar).
* Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging creator ecosystems.
* Ability to interpret creator analytics and audience insights.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong presentation and client-facing abilities.
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills.
Preferred Experience
* Agency background.
* Experience handling government, public awareness, FMCG, healthcare, education, or corporate campaigns.
* Experience managing campaigns involving 50–500 creators.
Pay: ₹295,775.93 - ₹1,249,856.63 per year
