Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor all service operations for LiuGong construction equipment.
- Deploy service engineers efficiently and ensure timely customer support.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers, Warranty Administration, Spare Parts Department, and Branch Teams for smooth service execution.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and high customer satisfaction.
- Review and monitor pending service calls, warranty claims, spare parts availability, and machine breakdowns.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance, service campaigns, and product improvement activities.
- Conduct regular review meetings with service engineers, warranty staff, and spare parts personnel.
- Monitor service KPIs, maintain service records, and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Build strong customer relationships by resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to achieve departmental targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
