Key Responsibilities
- Court, Tribunal & RERA appearances (as applicable)
- Legal drafting, opinions, notices, agreements & documentation
- RERA registrations, compliance & dispute resolution
- Corporate, contractual & regulatory advisory
- Due diligence, compliance audits & client advisory
- Taxation, audit & financial compliance (for CAs)
Eligibility
Advocates
- Enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- Experience in litigation, drafting, legal advisory, or RERA matters.
Chartered Accountants (CA)
- Member of ICAI.
- Experience in taxation, audit, GST, ROC compliance, financial advisory, or RERA-related assignments.
